This article provides a systematic analysis of the legal framework aimed at increasing women's socio-political participation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It highlights the content, principles, and areas of ratified conventions, laws, presidential decrees, regulations, state programs, and institutional mechanisms for ensuring women's rights and interests. It also assesses the effectiveness of reforms implemented within the framework of gender equality policies, women's participation in public administration, and civil society institutions. The study's findings demonstrate that the legal framework for increasing women's socio-political participation in the Republic of Uzbekistan is steadily evolving, but there are still aspects requiring further practical improvement.
