The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the set of factors affecting academicproductivity among university students. The relevance of the research stems from the need tocomprehensively examine internal and external determinants of learning efficiency in the context ofdigital transformation and increasing cognitive demands in higher education. The article integratestheoretical approaches from sociology of education, pedagogical psychology, and cognitive learningtheories. The methodological basis is a quantitative survey conducted among second-year students ofthe National University of Uzbekistan. The collected data reveal key correlations between motivation,emotional state, daily routines, physical activity, and the quality of the educational environment.
