This article investigates the growth, development, and yield performance of romanesco cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) varieties under the conditions of the Andijan region at different staggered planting dates. The experiments were conducted at 10-day intervals, including phenological observations and biometric measurements. The results showed that seedlings planted between July 10–20 demonstrated the highest values in terms of leaf number, leaf area, and head weight.
