Annotatsiya

This article describes the technology for preparing nutrient media used in the microclonal propagation of potato plants under in vitro conditions. The study examines the importance of nutrient media in the propagation of potato plants in vitro, as well as their effects on plant growth dynamics. Furthermore, scientific data are presented on the influence of Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium, vitamins, and different concentrations and ratios of auxins and cytokinins on the development of potato plants.
