This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the key socio-cultural factors that shape the concept of the “Russian linguistic personality”. The research focuses on the geographical determinant (the mentality of vastness), historical processes (the East-West dichotomy, religious heritage, political transformations), the role of literature, and the impact of modern globalization. The aim is to demonstrate the intrinsic connection between linguistic personality and language, national consciousness, and culture, as well as to show how these factors are reflected at its verbal-semantic, cognitive, and motivational-pragmatic levels. Methods of linguistic, conceptual, and cultural-historical analysis are employed. The study substantiates the stable specific features of the Russian linguistic personality and its dynamic, transformative nature in the modern era. The findings are of practical importance for linguistics, cultural studies, and communication theory.
