Annotatsiya

This article examines the features of onomastic lexicology in various systemic languages, focusing on the linguistic nature, structure, and functions of proper names within different language systems. Onomastic lexicology, as a branch of linguistics, studies proper names such as anthroponyms, toponyms, ethnonyms, and hydronyms, revealing their semantic, morphological, and cultural characteristics. The research highlights how systemic languages differ in their formation and usage of onomastic units due to historical development, grammatical structure, and sociocultural factors. Special attention is given to the role of onomastic vocabulary in reflecting national identity, worldview, and cultural memory. The article compares analytical, synthetic, and agglutinative language systems to demonstrate how each system influences the lexical organization and evolution of proper names. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the interaction between onomastics and other linguistic disciplines, including lexicography, sociolinguistics, and cognitive linguistics. Through comparative analysis, the paper identifies universal and language-specific features of onomastic lexicology, contributing to a deeper understanding of naming processes across languages. The findings are significant for linguistic theory, translation studies, and intercultural communication, as they provide insights into how proper names function within and across different language systems. aIn this article, attention is focused on studying the linguoculturological features of onomastic lexicology in various systemic languages. Onomastic vocabulary is considered a part of linguocultural realities and also belongs to nonequivalent lexicon. Words or terms (onomastic vocabulary) that do not have equivalents in other languages constitute one of the goals of this dissertation research – to examine how they are studied in the original language, in what ways and methods they are taught, and to comparatively analyze the identified features of onomastic vocabulary as a result of the study.
