The article discusses HIV infection, its spread, and both medical and social factors involved. It presents analytical perspectives and ideas on achieving effectiveness in the fight against the HIV epidemic by addressing social factors alongside medical approaches. The article analyzes scientific concepts regarding HIV infection, its causes, preventive measures aimed at controlling its spread, and the effectiveness of these measures. The author came to the conclusion that the spread of the epidemic can be prevented with the help of preventive measures, and the quality of life of patients can be improved with the help of ART and their integration into society can be ensured by combating social stigma. It also highlights the prevalence of HIV among specific groups, including migrants, vulnerable social groups, drug users, and sex workers.
