This article examines the significance of the Concept of Ensuring Freedom of Conscience and State Policy in the Religious Sphere in the Republic of Uzbekistan, adopted on February 25, 2025. The normative conclusions reflected in the points presented therein, in particular in the direction of family and marital relations, are also scientifically and theoretically analyzed. The concept emphasizes strengthening the institution of the family and further clarification that marriage is a sacred concept. At the same time, several ecommendations are presented.
