The article presents an analysis of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan № LRU-1037 dated February 25, 2025, approving the Concept of Ensuring Freedom of Conscience of Citizens and State Policy in the Religious Sphere. It defines the basic principles, goals and objectives of state policy in the field ofreligious freedoms, as well as the mechanismsfor their implementation. The law is aimed at strengthening interfaith harmony, protecting the rights of citizens to freedom ofconscience and religion, developing tolerance and preventing radicalization. It also considers the issues of harmonizing religious and secular values, ensuring the rule of law and strengthening democracy.
