This study investigated the germination characteristics of White Head and Red Head cabbage varieties. White Head cabbage was sown on January 10, 2026, with 27,000 seeds, and Red Head cabbage was sown on March 4, 2026, with 1,000 seeds. Observations showed that germination rates ranged from 85–95% for White Head and 88–98% for Red Head cabbage. Plant height varied from 3 to 6 cm for White Head and from 2 to 6 cm for Red Head cabbage. The results highlight variety-specific differences in germination speed and growth, providing a scientific basis for optimizing sowing technology.
