This article examines the characteristics of entrepreneurial culture in Uzbekistan and foreign countries, as well as analyzes the factors influencing its formation. Particular attention is given to pedagogical aspects – the role of educational institutions in fostering entrepreneurial thinking among students. A comparative analysis identifies similarities and differences in the values, motivation, and business ethics of entrepreneurs from different countries.
