Annotatsiya

In the development of rhinosinusitis, which occurs in patients treated with cerebral palsy from childhood, the mucociliary transport status of the nasal mucosa is important.  Disruption of this function of the mucous membrane leads to a rapid recurrence of rhinosinusitis, which leads to prolonged rehabilitation of the underlying disease in this group of patients and a decrease in quality of life.  Despite the fact that scientists around the world are conducting research to identify the factors that cause changes in the state of mucociliary transport, the views of many of them do not coincide.  In patients with acute and chronic paranasal sinusitis with cerebral palsy from childhood, the mucosal layer of the nasal cavity is the basis for determining the primary cause of impaired mucociliary transport function, choosing a specific direction in the prevention and treatment of the disease.
