This article examines the mechanisms of thought control in dystopian literature and their impact on the psychological state of the individual. The methods of controlling thought processes through modern technologies, new forms of psychological isolation, and issues of human freedom are analyzed. Using the works of writers such as Orwell, Huxley, and Zamyatin as examples, the features of dystopian concepts manifestation in modern society are considered. The article analyzes the relationship between language and thought, mechanisms of socio-psychological control, and issues of technological determinism from a linguopsychological perspective. The research presents types of linguistic control, technological control, and socio-psychological control. The phenomena of social, intellectual, and emotional isolation are deeply studied. The manifestation of dystopian predictions in modern society and dystopian tendencies in Uzbek literature are also analyzed. The article covers psychological consequences and strategies for resisting control. The study employs comparative-typological, historical-genetic, and psychoanalytic methods of analysis to reveal relationships between language, thought, and control mechanisms in contemporary digital age context.
