Germany, recognized as one of the world’s leading countries inindustrial product quality management, has established an advanced system ofstandardization, certification, metrology, and conformity assessment, which ensuresthe high competitiveness of its products in global markets. This article analyzesGermany’s experience in harmonizing the quality of domestic products withinternational requirements and evaluates the possibilities of applying this experiencewithin the industrial and regulatory environment of Uzbekistan. By applyingcomparative analysis, regulatory document review, and institutional benchmarkingmethods, the key success factors of Germany’s quality infrastructure model areidentified. Based on the findings, adaptation mechanisms are proposed to enhanceUzbekistan’s export potential, strengthen its technical regulation system, andaccelerate integration into international markets.
