First and foremost, it’s appropriate to consider the need for state regulation and financial support for the agricultural sector, given that agriculture is one of the most important sectors of the country’s economy and its specific characteristics. For this reason, this article presents ideas for supporting the modernization of the agricultural sector through the financial and credit system.
