The article presents a new method for calculating low-cycle fatigue of dies in the volumetric hot stamping process. This method has been developed as an additional program for QForm software and is designed to assess the durability of stamping equipment. Results obtained through QForm modeling and comparisons with practical tests are provided. Additionally, the article briefly outlines methods for determining the estimated wear of dies due to fatigue.
