This article analyzes the technology for obtaining a powder from pomegranate varieties that is beneficial for the human body at home and in the laboratory, the organoleptic characteristics of the obtained powder, the determination of pesticide residues and heavy metals in their composition, and the preservation of bioactive substances in the varieties at 3 different temperatures.
