This study comprehensively examines the institutional mechanisms that regulate, from an organizational and legal perspective, the preparation of qualified specialists by higher education institutions for the labor market. Based on the analysis, the factors influencing the employment level of graduates are identified, and practical recommendations for improving it are developed
