This article analyzes the view of Eastern thinkers regarding the upbringing and development of youth personal and professional qualities. The article provides information on the role of education, which is the main factor in the formation of a harmoniously developed generation. When studying the spiritual values of Eastern thinkers, special attention is paid to the problems of human relations and the social environment, where the person’s personality is affirmed, as well as its idea values. Examples are given of thinkers who put forward thoughts of a spiritually developed person, which can only be achieved through the formation of high morals, manners, possession of science and practice. This article discusses the moral values of our great ancestors as the basis for the formation of a sense of humanism, patriotism and self-sacrifice. Given the experience, knowledge and thinking of the ancestors, the material and spiritual values created by them, which will serve as a reliable and solid basis for the development of our society.
