Social mobility in the context of economic and social reforms in Uzbekistan

Annotatsiya

This article is devoted to the development of the main trends of social mobility in Uzbekistan, the main directions of recruiting entrepreneurs, as well as key aspects of such a discipline as the sociology of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is considered by the author as the activity of individuals aimed at producing material and spiritual goods and services for the purpose of systematic profit-making. At the same time, the importance of separating the concepts of "business" and "entrepreneurship"is proved. Based on the conducted sociological survey, 4 types of obstacles to the development of entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan are identified: administrative barriers; financial difficulties; lack of qualifications; low level of education. The essence of the entrepreneurial function is the creation of new market opportunities and a creative combination of production factors. The innovative nature of entrepreneurship is actively emphasized. According to the author, the sociology of entrepreneurship reflects the General system of theoretical and conceptual ideas about entrepreneurship. By the specifics of its function, and by the properties of its character, the entrepreneur is very different from many other market participants, in particular, from the Manager. According to the author, to be an entrepreneur, it is not necessary to have ownership of the factors of production, on the other hand, the entrepreneur's activity is not characterized by routine and technological stability of the Manager's activity, and otherwise it would lose its creative character.
