A narrative interview of a famous sociologist who made a worthy contribution to the development of sociological science in our country, head of the Department of Sociology of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, reveals the historical and chronological formation of the science of sociology in Uzbekistan. The analysis, transformation, dynamics and monitoring of the formation of the science of sociology in the country are carried out on the example of the personal growth of the scientist, professor K. K. Kalanov.
