This article provides a scientific analysis of the organizational and pedagogical mechanisms for the development of the Olympic movement in Uzbekistan. In the course of the study, the pedagogical foundations for introducing elements of Olympic education in sports schools were examined. Using the case-study method, real pedagogical situations arising in the education and development of young athletes were analyzed. The results of the study showed that the introduction of Olympic education elements in sports schools is an effective means of developing moral values, patriotism, and social responsibility among young athletes.
