This article presents an adapted 10-day physical and technical-tactical training program developed to improve the effectiveness of pre-competition preparation in qualified para-taekwondo athletes. The program consists of two stages: during the first stage, physical and technical-tactical training sessions are conducted in parallel; during the second stage, training loads are gradually reduced as the competition day approaches, and a competition simulation is carried out. The results of the pedagogical study confirm that the athletes who followed this program demonstrated statistically significant higher indicators of technical strike accuracy, tactical decision-making speed, and competitive win rate compared with the control group.
