Social partnership between the state and civil society institutions is based on harmony, compromise, tolerance and the identity of interests, values and goals. Social partnership can be structured in the context of the interdependence of the socio-economic, political and spiritual foundations of society. In politics, the main interests of social groups and layers are concentrated, assembled and formed as single political manifestations of programs and slogans that are reflected in the specific activities of leaders, parties and movements. Based on the foregoing, this article examines the evolution of social and political views on social partnership, reveals theoretical aspects, models and concepts of experience and strengthening social partnership, and also conducts a retrospective analysis of political processes and conditions for the development of social partnership. Particular attention is paid to the development of scientifically based recommendations for the development of social partnership.
