This article is devoted to the development of a methodology for the effective organization of selection processes in training centers for Olympic and Paralympic sports. The article provides recommendations for planning, monitoring and implementing sports selection processes. It also provides a detailed analysis of the problems identified during selection and ways to resolve them.
