The purpose of this article is to develop students' strategic competence in teaching terminology related to the oil and gas industry. It emphasizes the necessity of applying various approaches, methods, and technologies to form strategic competence and the need to introduce innovative management principles into the educational process. It is explained that through practical training and the use of various methodological tools, students' knowledge, skills, and competencies are strengthened, preparing them as highly qualified specialists.
