This article analyzes the expressiveness of advertising texts in Uzbek and English, focusing on their linguistic and cultural aspects through a comparative analysis. Advertising texts utilize expressive devices extensively to create a strong impact on the audience and promote a product or service. However, the application, intensity, and effectiveness of these devices vary across different languages and cultures. The study examines Uzbek and English advertising texts from semantic, stylistic, and pragmatic perspectives, identifying key factors that enhance expressiveness. Specifically, the role of metaphors, epithets, emphasis, slogans, emotional tone, and other linguistic tools is explored. Additionally, the significance of national culture, traditions, and mentality in shaping advertising strategies is analyzed. The article highlights notable differences and similarities in how various cultures approach marketing, which leads to different levels of communicative effectiveness. Based on the research findings, conclusions are drawn regarding effective advertising strategies for both languages. This study not only delves into the expressiveness of advertising but also emphasizes the importance of understanding cultural aspects when comparing and evaluating the impact of Uzbek and English advertising texts, making it a significant contribution to both theoretical and practical research in the field.
