This article analyzes the development of gastronomic tourism in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, examining its potential, the conditions currently being created for the tourism sector, and the resources available for gastronomic tourism. The main focus is on the national dishes of the Karakalpaks, including their preparation techniques, incorporation into tourist routes, and descriptions of various traditional foods. Additionally, based on research, the author has compiled and analyzed a list of key dishes in Karakalpak cuisine.
