This article analyzes the manifestation of professional burnout (emotional exhaustion) among educators working with visually impaired students. Specialists working with such youth engage in unique professional activities that often lead to high levels of psychological and physical stress. The article discusses the causes of professional burnout, its social and psychological consequences, and effective measures to mitigate this issue. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of factors such as stress management, maintaining professional motivation, and improving the work environment. The research findings aim to enhance understanding of the challenges faced by educators working with visually impaired students and contribute to improving their work efficiency.
