The article examines the essence and conditions for shaping the investment attractiveness of the construction industry. It highlights the role of the construction sector in the national economy, the factors influencing the investment climate, and the condi tions for attracting foreign investments. Particular attention is given to enhancing the competitiveness of construction enterprises, introducing innovative technologies, and developing public –private partnership mechanisms as key drivers of investment growth.
