The article analyzes international migration issues and the role of the UN and its agencies (UNHCR, IOM) in addressing them. It also provides practical recommendations for supporting returnee migrants and youth in Uzbekistan through electronic systems. The article highlights the alignment between global and national migration policies and mechanisms for protecting human rights.
