This article presents a comparative analysis of the structural-semantic characteristics of agricultural vocabulary in the Uzbek and English languages. The study examines the lexical-semantic groups of agrarian terms, word-formation methods, similarities and differences within the terminological systems, and their national-cultural features. Additionally, the morphological structure and semantic development of terms in both languages, as well as challenges encountered during translation, are analyzed from a scholarly perspective. The findings of the study contribute to the standardization of agricultural terminology and the advancement of translation studies and comparative linguistics.
