Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the health benefits of 8-12-minute morning exercises in developing the physical performance of students with disabilities studying in higher education institutions. Morning exercises provide gradual activation of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, promote normal muscle tone, increase joint mobility, and maintain balance and coordination. An adaptive model designed for 6-8 weeks and tailored to the needs of higher education institutions is proposed. The level of physical activity is determined based on individual needs and medical indications, exercises are modified using seated or supported options, and effectiveness is assessed through simple tests (such as a 6-minute walk, a one-legged stand, wall push-ups, and an adapted version of the sit-and-reach test).
