This article analyzes the processes of the struggle for power in Transoxiana in 1358-1370, their causes and consequences based on historical sources. The views of Ghiyosiddin Ali, Nizamiddin Shami, Muiniddin Natanzi, Sharafiddin Ali Yazdi, Fasih Khawafi and Ibn Arabshah on the events that took place in these years were studied based on comparative, critical and historical analyses.
