This article examines the concept of corruption risks in the process of enforcing judicial acts and acts of other authorities, as well as their theoretical and legal foundations and scholarly interpretations. The stages of development of the enforcement system in Uzbekistan are analyzed, with particular attention to the establishment of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement and its role in combating corruption. The study also explores the essence and significance of the compliance control system and its application in international practice. The author proposes an original approach to defining corruption risks, classifying them into two main categories: risks embedded in legal norms and risks arising in the course of practical activities.
