This article analyzes cultural metaphors in Uzbek and Russian languages through a linguoculturological approach. The study identifies the cultural, semantic, and conceptual characteristics of metaphors and their role in the national worldview and value system. Using metaphorical images such as “yurak–heart”, “ko‘ngil–soul”, “ot–bull”, “tulki–fox”, and “chumchuq–hare”, the paper compares metaphorical models in both languages. The findings reveal that Uzbek metaphors tend to emphasize social and moral dimensions, whereas Russian metaphors express personal and emotional experience.
