In conditions of limited water and energy resources in Uzbekistan, the introduction of energy-efficient technologies in the agricultural sector is of particular relevance. This article is devoted to the analysis of energy efficiency in the operation of pumping units in drip irrigation systems. Modern methods for improving efficiency are considered, comparative characteristics of various types of pumping equipment are presented, and recommendations are given on the use of adjustable automation and renewable energy sources.
