This article analyzes the representation of tourism terms in various dictionaries, their unique characteristics in the translation process, and the challenges encountered. The study examines the appearance of general international terms, culturally specific terms, and specialized field-specific terms in dictionaries, highlighting the importance of both national and international terminology. Additionally, the article discusses issues related to synonyms, context-appropriate translation, and the preservation of cultural specificities in translation. The research aims to provide theoretical and practical assistance to translators and specialists working in the field of tourism.
