In this work, the main goal is to study the features and patterns of constructing sentences in English and Uzbek languages, identifying their similarities and differences, as well as their comparative analysis from a cognitive-grammatical point of view. One of the key aspects of studying the syntactic-semantic and structural organization of languages is conducting a comparative analysis. In such a study, it is necessary to determine the structural and semantic features of sentences using examples of related and unrelated languages.
