A lawyer’s professional speech is the basis of his business competence. Legal practice contributes to the emergence of conditions that require appropriate solutions in the process of interpersonal interaction, therefore the development of speech among lawyers is a necessary condition for the development of professional skills. However, there is often a need for recommendations on improving a lawyer’s speech, editing dialogue, and conducting a conversation. This article examines the features of a lawyer’s professional speech from a legal and linguistic point of view.
