To expand the radish range in our country and develop high-yielding, high-quality radish varieties for export to domestic and foreign markets, primary sources were tested. After studying the morphological and agronomic traits of the accessions, the following radish varieties were selected for breeding: Lola, Ertapishar, local and foreign F1 Celeste, F1 Tinto, F1 Bodiam, F1 Vena, hybrid F1 Sora varieties, Ametist and Felicia for the development of purple radish varieties, and the white Ertapishar variety for the development of promising varieties.
