Современное текстильное производство требует внедрения цифровых технологий, способных повысить эффективность и устойчивость процессов технологической подготовки. В статье рассматривается применение интеллектуальных систем, основанных на анализе больших данных и алгоритмах машинного обучения. Представлены методы прогнозирования отклонений в производственных параметрах, математические модели и формулы оценки, а также результаты апробации прототипа системы на текстильном предприятии Узбекистана.
