This paper explores the development of regional e-commerce systems for agricultural products in Uzbekistan, focusing on grape production in the Fergana Valley. The study emphasizes two main aspects of digital transformation: the digitalization of the supply chain and the enhancement of regional branding and export potential. Through the adoption of e-commerce platforms, grape producers can establish direct connections with national and international buyers, increase transparency in pricing, and strengthen the regional identity of their products. These developments contribute to improving market efficiency, boosting export capacity, and fostering sustainable regional economic growth.
