This article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using one of the advanced artificial intelligence technologies – the artificial neural network algorithm in the effective solution of medical diagnostics problems. Computational tests were carried out using training samples designed to predict hypertension based on the developed neural network algorithm and diagnose cardiovascular diseases based on ECG data. To confirm the reliability of the obtained results, the results of the samples were compared with the results obtained using other popular algorithms.
