This paper the problems of applying existing methods and algorithms for maximum extraction of certain quality light oil products in conditions of variable flow rates at a low-power atmospheric oil distillation plant by improving the control system are analyzed. Study of the rectification process at a low-power atmospheric station as an object of management, the current state of management of this process is analyzed. Mathematical models of the oil rectification process in the low-power atmospheric unit and methods for simulating the oil rectification process and stabilizing intermediate parameters have been developed.
