Cotton gins are used for ginning in regional cotton gins and clean districts ofUzbekistan using ginning devices of UK or 1XK type and pile-drums of their original design. Damage tothe natural properties of cotton in the cleaning wound (the seed is destroyed and the length of the fiberis reduced) in the general protocol, it is possible to ensure a loss of 750-800 million soums per year tothe cotton ginning plant. To eliminate this damage, we presented a new improved device (pic. 2).
