At present, the production of activated carbons (AC) is steadilygrowing, and the areas of their industrial application are continuously expanding. There are four main gasprocessing plants in Uzbekistan, where spent amine solutions, such as diethanolamine (DEA) andmethyldiethanolamine (MDEA), are filtered using activated carbons of the AG-3, HX-30, Chemveron gradesat natural gas amine purification plants from acidic components. etc. The latter are of foreign origin and areimported for currencies.
