Abstract. In the article, the development of the motivational sphere in the personality of a teacher is considered a factor ensuring the success of their activities. At the same time, the issues of the development of the motivational sphere in the personality of the future teacher and the interrelationship of its components are comprehensively covered. In particular, the issues of the mutual integration of the motivational sphere of the personality of the future teacher with professional activity were analyzed on the basis of theoretical approaches
