Аннотация. Партисипаторное управление подразумевает обеспечение участия всех сотрудников в процессе принятия решений в образовательном учреждении. Данная модель управления обеспечивает коллективное принятие решений с учетом мнения руководителей и сотрудников, а также других членов организации. Суть партисипативного управления заключается в том, чтобы сделать процесс принятия решений демократичным, открытым и прозрачным, что обеспечивает эффективное, справедливое и инклюзивное принятие решений. Опыт и мнения участников важны в процессе принятия решений, повышая мотивацию и эффективность работы образовательного учреждения. В то же время существуют некоторые проблемы в принятии решений в рамках партисипативного управления, связанные с пустой тратой времени и ресурсов, разногласиями и эффективной реализацией управления. Однако данная модель управления повышает социальную ответственность организации и помогает принимать более точные и прозрачные решения.
