The article examines the specific features of administering justice for juvenile offenses, taking into account international standards and national legislation. Based on the analysis of national and international regulatory acts, key aspects of justice in this area are explored: punishment and the procedure for its imposition, grounds for exempting minors from liability or punishment, the established procedure for proceedings in such cases, as well as provisions on parole and the substitution of punishment with a milder alternative.
